- Assist Key Account Managers in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations, ensuring alignment with customer compliance needs and strategic sales objectives.
- Identify upselling opportunities based on audit insights and client requirements.
- Coordinate service visits and operational requests from customers.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of training sessions, audits, sales support activities, and customer feedback, consolidating all compliance and operational records in a unified system for streamlined reporting.

- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or College level education in Business Administration, Environmental Health, Food Safety, Bio-chemistry or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, compliance, or customer service preferably in the hygiene sector (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with HACCP, Foodsafety, ISO 22000/14001, Audit standards (BRC, M&S, Tesco) and other hygiene compliance standards (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reports and presentations.
- Experience with CRM or online sales platforms.
