What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage inbound MQLs across our Enterprise and Industry Solutions divisions, ensuring timely follow-up, effective qualification, and progression.

  • Take ownership of your discovery call quota, with performance primarily measured against qualified discovery calls successfully held.
  • Supplement inbound activity with targeted outbound prospecting where required to achieve quota, using cold calling, social media, personalised email, and creative engagement tactics.
  • Align closely with Account Executives to co-ordinate prospecting activity and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.
  • Partner with Marketing to maximise conversion from campaigns and events, while providing feedback to continuously improve MQL quality and engagement.
  • Build and manage effective automated cadences and follow-up journeys to maximise speed-to-lead, engagement, and conversion.

  • 1+ years in a Business Development, Sales, or SDR role in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Proven experience in cold prospecting and developing pipeline without relying solely on pre-qualified lists.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Apollo/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting platforms.
  • Creative and analytical thinker who’s comfortable working independently and optimizing performance based on metrics.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and spark curiosity in new prospects.
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry would be ideal but not required.
