We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR), bi-lingual in both English and French, to join our growing team and help fuel our sales pipeline through smart, innovative outreach strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound prospecting efforts with a hunter mentality - targeting new logos through cold calling, social media outreach, video prospecting, personalised emails, and creative engagement tactics.
- Use innovation and creativity to identify and engage ideal prospects in a noisy marketplace, securing meetings with the right decision-makers.
- Align closely with Account Executives on target accounts to co-develop prospecting strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of sales-qualified leads.
- Work alongside Marketing to synchronise prospecting with active campaigns and content strategies.
- Build and manage high-performing automated cadences to maximise engagement and conversion.
- Align with the Events team to proactively prospect and book meetings before, during, and after global events.
- Work to ensure accurate reporting against campaigns in Salesforce, and meet a monthly quota for pipeline contribution.
- Support with the validation and allocation of MQLs.
What We’re Looking For
- Bi-lingual with business fluency in English & French.
- Based in the United Kingdom.
- 1+ years in a Business Development, Sales, or SDR role, preferably in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
- Proven experience in cold prospecting and developing pipeline without relying solely on pre-qualified lists.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Apollo/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting platforms.
- Creative and analytical thinker who’s comfortable working independently, and optimising performance based on metrics.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and spark curiosity in new prospects.
- Industry knowledge within the food and beverage industry would be ideal, but not required.

We value initiative, creative outreach, and team alignment - and we empower our BDRs to be more than just list diallers. This is your chance to stand out, grow fast, and make a measurable difference!
