The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Business Support Administrator to support our Business Support Manager in ensuring data accuracy, client onboarding, and process excellence across our finance and procurement systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate client and supplier account setups and closures

Manage and maintain accurate data across internal systems

Support client mobilisations, closures, and system transfers

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow

Maintain and improve procedures, flagging gaps and supporting documentation

Use Helpdesk tools to track tasks, meet SLAs, and resolve queries

Provide support and training to team members where needed
