What You’ll Be Doing
Define programme governance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Oversee multiple interconnected projects, managing interdependencies and progress.
Control budgets, allocate resources, and maximize ROI across the programme.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and report to senior stakeholders.
Act as the key link between executives, delivery teams, and external partners.
Drive change management and embed new ways of working across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in programme management (5+ years), ideally in complex, multi-project environments.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of programme and project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2).
Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
Degree-level education and relevant certifications (MSP, PgMP, or similar) preferred.
