As our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the FSA’s culture of safety. Acting as a trusted specialist, you will provide clear, practical advice to managers and colleagues, maintain effective safety systems and lead initiatives that advance our health, safety and wellbeing strategy.
You will shape and deliver policies and projects that drive meaningful improvement across the organisation. This includes supporting managers through incident investigations, audits and risk management, ensuring the FSA meets its legal obligations and continuously develops its approach to workplace safety. You will also help build awareness and engagement at every level, working closely with Trade Unions, operational teams and senior leaders to embed safe, supportive working environments.
We are seeking a qualified professional with strong experience in health, safety or wellbeing, who brings analytical capability, confidence in influencing diverse stakeholders and the ability to build constructive relationships. Your contribution will directly help ensure colleagues feel safe, supported and able to perform at their best.
