Overview:
Food Service Logistics are seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives with a valid Reach Truck license to join our busy, modern warehouse. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate in a multi-temperature warehouse environment (chill, ambient, and frozen).
- Primarily operate a reach truck, with cross-training for other warehouse tasks.
- Ensure reach trucks are used and maintained according to Health and Safety guidelines.
- Assist with picking and loading.
- Allocate and replenish pallets onto racks using a reach truck.
Criteria:
- Must hold a D2 reach truck license at RTITB or ITSAR standard.
- Experience with racking up to 10.2m is essential.
- Familiarity with ambient racking systems that include sprinklers is preferred.
- Experience operating an FLT in freezer conditions (-25 degrees) is preferred. Frozen PPE will be provided, and time spent working in freezer will be limited.
