Food Service Logistics are looking for a Network Compliance Manager (Transport) to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a period of Maternity Leave, based at our Coventry site.

The role will manage compliance across the network for our depots in Hemel Hempstead, Coventry and Barnsley.

Job Details

Fleet:

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of vehicle inspections, services, tachograph calibrations checks, ensuring fridge inspections are carried out on time and in line with company policy (spreadsheets, AssetGo, SharePoint, physical copies)
  • Making standards for fleet administration and policies regarding vehicle operation
  • VED – road tax
  • VOL system – O’License
  • Ensure all safety regulations, policies and procedures are followed, whilst keeping knowledge up-to-date.

Transport:

  • Penalty charge notice management – monitor, administer and challenge the PCNs issued. Crucial communication with transport departments, RA adherence, cross-check of received confirmations, notice payments on time, reporting on monthly basis.
  • Toll account administration and paying – M6, Humber Bridge, Mersey Flow, Mersey Tunnels, Dart charge, Congestion charge, Dunham bridge
  • Closely monitor Driver Check account, Tacho master.
  • Carry out monthly transport compliance meetings and reviewing the following: infringements, missing miles, defects, FPN/PCN etc.

Other duties:

Support with HR investigations and meetings where required.
