An experienced and highly organised individual with the capability to drive change. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing a demonstrable, efficient and effective functioning of administrative operations and inventory management across the organisation. You will manage and coordinate various support functions, optimise processes, and ensure that all administrative duties are well executed. You will be required to be proactive and able to develop the team, promoting those who are wanting to develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and manage the admin and inventory teams providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and meet statutory and IMS guidelines.
- Oversee office management and draw up a plan as to how Coventry and Hemel should be structured.
- Coordinate and streamline internal communication and workflow processes to enhance productivity, focusing on the utilisation of blue yonder, UKG and Microlise, where applicable move away from spreadsheets.
- Oversee stock holding and inventory management to align with Starbucks stock position, date life rotation and efficient warehouse utilisation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Monitor budget for administrative functions and recommend cost-saving measures where appropriate.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring constructive interactions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve administrative systems, tools, and technologies to optimise workflows demonstrated through dashboards.
- Ensuring that all consumables are sourced through approved channels and utilised effectively.
