For Companies - Fleet/ Planning and delivery of operational transport activities through your Transport Operations and Team Managers, to ensure the required level of service is provided to the customer
- Accountability for overall productivity within the operation, ensuring that activities are cost effective and levels of resource are managed effectively

- Ensuring vehicles are legally compliant
- Effectively motivate, manage, and inspire your management team to develop and grow the skills of their teams

- Working within the departmental budget to own and achieve targets
- Ensuring that all requirements relating to safety, health, environment, and quality are being fully implemented. Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of working in a large, complex transport function – ideally within temperature-controlled distribution.
