We need a UK Sales Account Manager who knows the B2B food ingredients game and knows it well.
PreGel is a global food ingredient player, particularly well-known in the pastry, ice cream, and café markets. We are looking for someone to help us grow our presence in the UK even more.
You will manage the UK sales across the Midlands, from finding new customers to keeping our existing ones happy. You will dig into market research, analyse margins, and report back to HQ. There will be travel involved.
You will also work closely with the Sales Management team to ensure alignment on commercial strategies.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the food sector. Experience with pastry or ice cream ingredients is a plus.
- Knowledge of market surveys, margin analysis, and customer management.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a bonus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and a love for working with people.
