We need a UK Sales Account Manager who knows the B2B food ingredients game and knows it well. PreGel is a global food ingredient player, particularly well-known in the pastry, ice cream, and café markets. We’re looking for someone to help us grow our presence in the UK even more.

You’ll manage the UK sales across the Midlands, from finding new customers to keeping our existing ones happy. You’ll dig into market research, analyse margins, and report back to HQ. There’s travel involved, so if you’re not keen on hitting the road (or the sky), this isn’t for you. You’ll also work closely with the Sales Management team to ensure you’re aligned on commercial strategies.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the food sector. If you’ve worked with pastry or ice cream ingredients, even better.
  • You know your stuff regarding market surveys, margin analysis, and customer management.
  • Fluent in English. Knowing Italian is a bonus.
  • You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and can handle PowerPoint like a pro.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and a love for working with people.
