We’re looking for a confident, people-focused ER professional who is knowledgeable about employment law, unions, and navigating complex workplace conversations. You’ll be the go-to for all things employee relations – from sorting conflicts to shaping policy and making sure everything stays above board. What you’ll be doing:
- Giving wise, practical advice on policies, employee issues and change programmes
- Handling grievances, investigations and performance matters with confidence
