We are currently recruiting for a Demi Chef De Partie to join our Food Production team at the 5 Star Edwardian Manchester Hotel.

Overview

As a Demi Chef De Partie, you will be involved in allocating duties and responsibilities to Commis Chefs & Trainee Chefs, working closely with other senior chefs

You will ensure the highest level of food production standards are adhered to and maintained.

You will ensure that unused food is stored appropriately so that quality is maximised and waste is minimised.

You will ensure that proper sanitation processes are followed at all time.

About You

  • The Demi Chef De Partie should hold a level 3 Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Has a good command of the English language.
  • Is able to delegate and assign responsibilities
  • Has a positive attitude focused on service excellence.
  • Works to achieve a high level of personal and departmental performance.
  • The ability to work with the team in mind, helping each other out where necessary.
