Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a high-profile role with real influence across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Leading the finance function and ensuring robust financial control. Producing monthly management accounts and delivering meaningful financial insight. Managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital. Supporting strategic decision-making through commercial analysis and financial modelling. Driving process improvements, reporting enhancements and operational efficiencies. Developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leading the finance team. About You You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating in a senior finance role. You'll combine strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge, influence and support business decisions.
