The Role

Join a growing family owned Flapjack, Muffin, Sports Nutrition bar/snack manufacturer. Established in 1992, with an NPD kitchen developing new and exciting products and 4 manufacturing premises, we supply to a number of household brands. We formulate and manufacture our own Food Connections brand alongside own label products, with all the new health, protein, high fibre, sports and luxury product ranges.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Social Media/ Digital Growth Manager to drive our online sales performance, brand visibility, and digital growth strategy. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on combining creativity with data‑driven decision making. You will take ownership of digital and social marketing activity, advertising campaigns, website performance, online reputation management, content and e‑commerce growth initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, improving conversion rates, and delivering measurable return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive digital sales growth across multiple online channels including Amazon, Tik Tok shop and Ebay
  • Manage and optimise website performance and customer journeys
  • Create, manage, monitor and optimise listings and paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage advertising budgets and maximise ROAS
  • Analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools
  • Improve SEO performance, SERPS rankings, and online visibility
  • Optimise product listings, digital content, and conversion rates
  • Create engaging content including UGC (User Generated Content) and social media campaigns
  • Manage online reputation platforms including Trustpilot and Google Business Profile
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve ratings and engagement
  • Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively across teams to support wider business growth objectives
  • Supporting sales growth on a few very specific accounts and external visits (1-2 days per week max)

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or growth marketing
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and SERPS
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns and budgets
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
  • Content creation (UGC) and social media marketing experience
  • Familiarity with Trustpilot, Google Business Profile, and online reputation management
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Experience with CMS/e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar
  • Strong understanding of ROAS and performance‑driven marketing
