Generate a positive, friendly, and fun working environment with a customer first initiative by greeting and speaking to customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service. Ensure products for self-service are in proper packaging with correct weights and ingredients. Follow company Food Safety program. Assist in stocking and proper rotation of products. Assist in organizing cooler arrangement and rotation of product. Assist in receiving and ordering all processed meats. Maintain correct pricing of all processed meats. Maintain neat and clean appearance of all display cases. Maintain good code dates on all products in display cases. Ensure all packaged products for self-service are properly packaged with correct weights and measures regulations. Keep workstation and surrounding area neat and clean. Sanitize and clean the department at least twice a day. Attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies. Perform light cutting work and assist in other duties as needed.
