Meliá Hotels International in the UK is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations across outlets.

You will lead and develop the kitchen team, uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and service, and ensure operational efficiency.

The role reports to the Executive Head Chef / F&B Manager; requires strong HACCP knowledge, at least 3 years in a senior kitchen role in 4- or 5-star settings, and a professional culinary qualification.
