As a Conference Porter, main responsibilities will include:

  • To be responsible for ensuring that meeting space is set up as per guest requirements and according to EHC conference standards.
  • Ensure that meeting/function space is always clean and presentable.
  • To meet and greet guests upon arrival.
  • To service lunch and refreshments breaks on time and according to EHC standards.
  • Clean out rooms at the end of functions and re-set rooms for next function.
  • Ensure all equipment are kept in a safe and tidy condition.
  • To direct guests to areas of the hotel.
  • To ensure guests are helped at all times.
