Room Service waiters and waitresses in our team play a key role in providing the finest personalised service by engaging with our guests and creating memorable experiences. Deliver food and beverage orders promptly to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and presentation is to our excellent standard. Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and responding to requests promptly and courteously. Assist with the setup and delivery of special requests or amenities for VIP guests and special occasions. Maintain knowledge of the hotel's menu, services, and local area to provide recommendations and information to guests.
