A bit about what you will do...
- The Night Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for preparing and delivering room service orders during the night, ensuring excellent customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Take and deliver room service orders promptly and accurately throughout the night.
- Prepare and present food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, trolleys, and equipment during the night shift.
- Restock room service items, including condiments, crockery, cutlery, and minibar supplies as required.
- Assist with late-night guest requests, including dietary requirements or special requests.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and handling regulations.
- Accurately post charges to guest accounts and handle billing queries professionally.
- Liaise with kitchen, reception, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Complete shift handovers and report any incidents or issues to the relevant departments.
- Comply with all health, safety, and fire procedures in accordance with hotel policy.
