We are currently looking for a passionate Casual Bartender, to join our Food and Beverage Department on a casual basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

As a Casual Bartender, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To adhere to the hours of work/shift system. To be punctual and to arrive at the outlet at the appropriate time (5 min before the beginning of the shift).
  • To ensure the uniforms provided are kept clean, in good condition and that it is presentable, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are met and demonstrate a professional image for guests.
  • Deal with assigned projects and duties managing time in an efficient way.
  • Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
  • Escorts guest to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.
  • Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.

You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
