Mission

As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of the Bar team, ensuring full compliance with Meliá White House Food & Beverage Standard Operating Procedures. You will lead by example, maintaining exceptional service standards while supporting, training, and developing team members to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities – Operational Excellence

  • Manage 100% of the bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily service
  • Supervise, train, and support bar team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Control and ensure compliance with daily and monthly inventory procedures (glassware, crockery, cutlery, décor, and bar equipment)
  • Monitor and complete departmental reporting in line with company procedures
  • Oversee preventive maintenance, deep cleaning schedules, and bar equipment checks
  • Ensure correct setup and maintenance of dispensing systems, dosing machines, and related equipment
  • Maintain up‑to‑date menu knowledge, including beverage lists, promotions, and seasonal offerings
  • Ensure full compliance with operational checklists and brand standards
  • Enforce strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations
  • Support continuous improvement of departmental procedures and service quality
