A bit about what you will do... Hosts in our team provide a warm and welcoming service to our guests. They play an integral part in the flow and pace of our restaurant and ensure every guest receives a personalised service and has a memorable time. Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their table with professionalism. Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments. Coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience. Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance in a helpful and friendly manner.

More about you... Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure. A smart and professional appearance. You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues. Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. 5-star hotel experience in a similar role would be a real advantage.
