We are looking for a passionate, hands‑on and commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager to play a pivotal leadership role within the hotel. This is a number three position, working closely with the senior management team and leading the day‑to‑day operation of our restaurant and bar alongside a really tight‑knit, dedicated team. You will be responsible for inspiring, developing and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service at every opportunity. With your strong food and beverage knowledge, you’ll lead by example, driving standards, coaching talent and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading the day‑to‑day running of the restaurant and bar operations
