Join Our Team at Holiday Inn London Luton Airport! We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as a Team Member. This role involves working across breakfast and evening shifts, delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Role Overview
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service in all areas of Food and Beverage, including the bar, restaurant, room service, and conference & events. Your responsibilities will include taking and delivering customer orders, setting up tables and rooms, and helping us achieve departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve guests politely and professionally across all Food & Beverage outlets
- Take and deliver orders with a focus on excellent customer service
- Prepare table and room setups to brand standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately
