The Food and Drink Federation (FDF) is looking for a Membership Engagement Executive on a fixed-term maternity cover based in Central London (Bloomsbury). The role focuses on delivering an outstanding member experience through proactive relationship management, onboarding and ongoing member support.
You will build strong relationships with members, coordinate engagement activities and connect members with FDF services, events and networks while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
