MEMBERSHIP ENGAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Type Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027 (maternity cover)
Location Central London (Bloomsbury)
Salary £35,000 per annum, pro rata to the length of the contract, with excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, private healthcare, leisure travel insurance, health and wellbeing allowance, interest-free season ticket loan and cycle-to-work scheme
Hours 35 hours per week; hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week)
The Food and Drink Federation (FDF) is the voice of the UK's food and drink manufacturing industry. We bring together businesses from across the sector, providing expert support, insight and opportunities for engagement, while representing members' interests with government, regulators and key stakeholders. Our aim is to help our members succeed and to support a thriving, resilient and sustainable food and drink industry for the future.
We are looking for a relationship focused Membership Engagement Executive to join our team. You will help deliver an outstanding member experience through proactive relationship management, engagement activity and member support, helping members make the most of their membership.
Key responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact for member enquiries, providing timely and professional support.
Build productive relationships with members and develop an understanding of their priorities and needs.
