As a Host at Covent Garden Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with guests
- Managing reservations and ensuring an efficient flow of guests
- Assisting with special requests and accommodating guest needs
- Collaborating with the restaurant team to provide seamless service
What you Need:
