As a Barback, you'll be an integral part of our Food and Beverage team, supporting our bartenders in delivering seamless service to our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders in the preparation and service of beverages, ensuring timely delivery to guests.

  • Support the Barista function when required, preparing and serving coffee and other hot beverages to the required standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the bar and coffee preparation and service areas, ensuring all equipment, glassware, crockery and supplies are clean, organised and readily available.
  • Replenish bar and coffee station supplies, maintaining appropriate stock levels throughout service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar, replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs with warmth and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every drink is crafted to perfection and presented with care.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, embodying the spirit of teamwork in everything you do.
