As Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of events. A split role, sitting within the food and beverage team, in addition to working closely with and supporting the Sales and Events Manager. The hours split will be determined by the event calendar, with at least 8 hours admin per week.
Administration duties to include:
- Assisting with client meetings and show rounds
- Tour bookings
- Event enquiries
- General admin
Additional hours will be spent working in the Food and Beverage team as the operational lead on event days, and within the restaurant and bar. A passion for hospitality is essential with strong organisational skills and excellent written communication.
Ensuring all health and safety standards are met is also a key responsibility.
