- Conducting food safety and health & safety inspections and records audits at client premises.
- Delivering risk assessments: including occupational, manual handling and PPE - particularly in hospitality environments.
- Supporting new client onboarding, including the implementation of our digital compliance platform, ALERT65.
- Providing tailored advice, consultancy and training to clients across a wide range of environments.
- Acting as Account Manager for a number of clients - typically individual or small group hospitality operators.
- Conducting investigations into allegations such as food poisoning, allergen incidents or foreign body contamination.
- Participating in our Advice Line rota, offering reactive expert guidance and managing investigations.
- Engaging in internal training (CPD) and team development.
A solid background in food safety and health & safety auditing, ideally in hospitality. A minimum Level 4 Food Safety qualification is essential, with a BSc in Environmental Health or equivalent industry experience highly desirable. Experience auditing high-risk operations such as hotels with spa/swimming pool facilities would be a distinct advantage. Driving Licence and car needed as travelling to clients regularly.
