- You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car to drive for the role. This is a field-based consultancy position involving regular travel between client sites.
- You must already live within the specific patch you are applying for.
- You must also already hold a Level 3 Food Safety qualification.

We're looking for people with strong hospitality experience and a Level 3 Food Safety qualification who have the potential to become brilliant Food Safety Consultants. You don't need to arrive as the finished article. We'll train you to become one.

- Earn while you learn. From day one, you're employed, on our payroll and developing towards becoming a fully competent Food Safety Consultant. Salary starts at £30,000, with a clear glide path to £35,000 and beyond as your competency and confidence grow.
- Learn from the best in the business. You'll shadow experienced Food Alert Consultants on real hospitality audits – from busy restaurant kitchens to high-end hotels – seeing first-hand how consultancy works in practice.
- A clear path to Consultant. You'll have a structured development plan, regular support and clear competency milestones as you progress towards managing your own client patch.
- Training and qualifications paid for. We'll invest in the technical training and qualifications you need to develop your Food Safety career.
