  • Conducting food safety and health & safety inspections and records audits at client premises.
  • Delivering risk assessments: including occupational, manual handling and PPE - particularly in hospitality environments.
  • Supporting new client onboarding, including the implementation of our digital compliance platform, ALERT65.
  • Providing tailored advice, consultancy and training to clients across a wide range of environments.
  • Acting as Account Manager for a number of clients - typically individual or small group hospitality operators.
  • Conducting investigations into allegations such as food poisoning, allergen incidents or foreign body contamination.
  • Participating in our Advice Line rota, offering reactive expert guidance and managing investigations.
  • Engaging in internal training (CPD) and team development.

A solid background in food safety and health & safety auditing, ideally in hospitality. A minimum Level 4 Food Safety qualification is essential, with a BSc in Environmental Health or equivalent industry experience highly desirable.

Experience auditing high-risk operations such as hotels with spa/swimming pool facilities would be a distinct advantage.

Driving Licence and car needed as travelling to clients regularly.

Personable and customer-focused, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
