L’ISARA recrute un.e technicien(ne) en expérimentation et de recherche en agroécologie. Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recherchons le futur collègue qui viendra en appui des équipes de recherche dans le cadre des différents programmes portés par l’Unité de Recherche « Agroécologie et Environnement » de l’ISARA.

Missions :

  • Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la recherche et au sein d’une équipe constituée d’un chargé d’expérimentation, d’ingénieurs de recherche et d’enseignants-chercheurs, vous serez associé à l’organisation et au suivi de dispositifs expérimentaux concernant principalement l’évaluation et l’amélioration de systèmes agricoles (principalement en grandes cultures) et agro-piscicoles.
  • Aider à la conception et mettre en œuvre des protocoles, réaliser la collecte d’échantillons de plantes, de sol, et échantillons aquatiques sur les sites expérimentaux.
  • En charge du traitement en laboratoire (préparation/traitement d’échantillons, identification d’espèces végétales ou d’insectes, analyse de racines, pesées, etc.).
  • Utiliser différents outils et méthodes permettant le suivi des essais (par ex. sondes, tarière, étuves, broyeurs, pièges) et traiter les échantillons (organisation du tri et stockage, mises en étuves, pesées, comptage, préparation et analyses physico-chimiques, etc.) dans le respect des règles de qualité et de sécurité.
  • Assurer la gestion du budget du laboratoire et le suivi des commandes et analyses en cours.
  • Organiser et alimenter la base de données associées aux projets (bancarisation des données).
  • Participer à l’équipe Agrolab qui rassemble les salariés impliqués dans les activités de laboratoires pour la recherche et la formation au sein de l’ISARA.
  • Superviser et/ou appuyer des stagiaires et/ou des doctorants impliqués dans les projets.

Profil :

  • Femme ou homme de terrain, vous possédez une expérience professionnelle solide en expérimentation en agronomie et/ou aquaculture et êtes passionné par ce métier dur et exigeant.
  • Vous avez un très fort esprit collectif et avez envie de rejoindre une équipe variée et contribuer au développement de la recherche en agroécologie et agronomie au sens large.
  • Vous savez vous adapter aux différentes contraintes que peut rencontrer une équipe.
  • Très polyvalent, vous pourrez tout à la fois utiliser les outils et/ou les techniques permettant le suivi des essais (sondes, tarières, broyeurs, batteuses, etc.), le traitement des échantillons au laboratoire et le suivi des données.
  • Vous savez aussi organiser et prioriser vos activités en fonction des avancements des projets et aussi des intempéries !
  • Vous possédez le permis B obligatoirement : une voiture de service est à disposition pour vos déplacements en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
