We are looking for star sales specialists to join our local Culverden store, you’ll provide sound farming product advice to our loyal customers. Getting stuck into everything from merchandising to customer service. You’ll never be bored in this fast‑paced role! With the opportunity to hone your agricultural expertise and open the door to multiple career pathways throughout the wider business, there couldn’t be a better place to start.
You’ll be a self‑motivated, adaptable team member with excellent customer service and communication skills. You’ll have a high level of physical fitness; we are looking for someone who is hands on and able to sustain repetitive manual handling such as lifting our 25kg bags of product on a daily basis. Ideally, you’ll have some prior customer service/sales experience and a connection to the agricultural industry. That said, we’re equally open to those looking to make a move straight off farm or who are current customer experts keen to learn all about the ag/dairy industry.
