By joining our nationwide Farm Source store team, you’re joining a group of agricultural experts and setting yourself up for an outstanding career.

We are looking for a super star sales specialist to join our local Cambridge store, you’ll provide sound farming product advice to our loyal customers. Getting stuck into everything from merchandising, customer service to deliveries.

As part of your day-to-day, you’ll also assist with entry-level administrative tasks such as processing customer orders and invoices, updating product pricing and stock levels in our systems, managing store filing, maintaining tidy and accurate records, and supporting with end-of-day cash balancing and banking preparation

You’ll never be bored in this fast-paced role!

With the opportunity to hone your agricultural expertise and open the door to multiple career pathways throughout the wider business, there couldn’t be a better place to start

  • Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8 am till 5 pm with rostered Saturdays.

You’ll be a self-motivated, adaptable team member with excellent customer service and communication skills. You’ll have a high level of physical fitness; we are looking for someone who is hands on and able to sustain repetitive manual handling such as lifting our 25kg bags of product on a daily basis.

Ideally, you’ll have some prior customer service/sales experience and a connection to the agricultural industry. That said, we’re equally open to those looking to make a move straight off farm or who are current customer experts keen to learn all about the ag/dairy industry.

Sound like you, other key things we’re on the lookout for includes

  • Rural experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • A good level of physical fitness – you’ll have no trouble getting your daily steps in
  • Valid forklift license – or willingness to attain one!
