As a People & Culture Business Partner in New Zealand Manufacturing you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. This is a strategic partnering role bringing our people strategy to life by embedding strategic workforce planning, capability development and culture transformation into site operations, ensuring alignment with our business priorities and the evolving needs of our Co-op.
You’ll work closely with leaders across our South Island sites—including Darfield, Tākaka, and Studholme—to influence strategic thinking, drive a high-performance culture, lead change, and design organisational solutions that deliver real business outcomes. Regular travel, typically monthly or as needed, is part of the role and supports strong cross-site relationships and responsive, high-impact People & Culture delivery.
