Fontaine Real Estate is growing, and we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Property Sourcing Agent to support our property investment business. We help busy professionals and investors build property portfolios across England by sourcing suitable investment opportunities, carrying out due diligence, negotiating deals, and supporting clients through the acquisition process. This is a UK-based contractor role suitable for someone who understands property, enjoys speaking with estate agents, and can work independently to identify strong investment opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Sourcing property investment opportunities across England
  • Speaking with estate agents and building strong working relationships
  • Arranging property viewings where required
  • Carrying out research and analysis tasks
  • Reviewing property comparables and assessing whether a deal makes commercial sense
  • Supporting with administrative tasks linked to client progression
  • Updating trackers and CRM systems
  • Assisting with social media/property content where required
  • Working closely with the wider Fontaine Real Estate team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in property sourcing or has invested in property training
  • Confident speaking with estate agents and third parties
  • Commercially minded and able to assess whether a deal makes sense
  • Organised, responsive and reliable
  • Comfortable working independently as a contractor
  • Familiar with buy-to-let, BRRR, HMOs or other property investment strategies
  • Strong with admin, follow-up and communication
  • Based in the UK

Pay Structure

This is a contractor role with a base rate plus commission.
