Responsibilities
- Operate as a true player/coach supporting SEs while personally partnering with Account Executives on enterprise deals.
- Lead and develop an EMEA‑based team of Solutions Engineers to deliver world‑class tax/technical guidance and pre‑sales support.
- Shape and execute the Solutions Engineering strategy to support revenue growth and product adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to align SE resources with enterprise opportunities and customer segments.
- Develop scalable processes, methodologies, and enablement frameworks to drive operational excellence.
- Support high‑impact customer engagements, demonstrating Fonoa’s platform value to technical and business stakeholders.
- Act as a cross‑functional bridge with Product and Engineering teams, translating feedback into product insights.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning across the SE organization.
Qualifications
- You have 7+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or similar roles, including 3+ years in a leadership position.
- You have experience building and scaling SE functions in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally within fintech, tax tech, or API‑driven platforms.
- You thrive at the intersection of technology and business, and can simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- You’re an empathetic leader who develops talent, builds trust, and drives results through collaboration.
- You’re comfortable in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments and can balance long‑term goals with hands‑on execution.
- You have strong communication skills, executive presence, and a track record of influencing technical and commercial decisions.
