Job description

We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager to support Fonoa’s core and strategic initiatives through ongoing operations, project work, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone with a business analysis or management consulting background and strong analytical and project management skills.

You will support our Business and Revenue Operations teams, helping to manage day-to-day processes, implement new systems, drive integrations, and provide spare operational capacity to high-impact teams. You’ll also contribute to competitive intelligence and RFPs/RFIs and help us make data-driven decisions that improve business performance.

What you will do:

  • Support ongoing operations across Business and Revenue Operations, helping teams run efficiently at scale.
  • Work on cross-functional special projects, such as new tool integrations, process implementations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Take ownership of internal project management — planning, tracking, and coordinating stakeholders across functional teams.
  • Collaborate on implementing tools and systems to support business processes and improve internal workflows.
  • Contribute to the RFP/RFI process, helping with stakeholder responses, analysis, and coordination.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to support business development and GTM strategy.
  • Analyze operational data to generate insights and support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Act as a flexible resource to provide additional capacity where the business needs it most.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, attention to details, paired with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage processes and contribute to project management across functions.
  • Comfortable with data – Excel/Google Sheets expertise required; SQL or experience with analytics tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable with AI tools - implementation of AI engines into processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency.
  • A problem-solver mindset: curious, proactive, and eager to improve how things work.
  • Exposure to competitive intelligence, RFPs/RFIs, or go-to-market operations is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global environment.
