Build the Revenue Infrastructure Behind Autonomous Tax. Fonoa is the Tax Operating System for autonomous tax.AI that tracks every rule, acts on every obligation, and proves every decision, built on modular infrastructure. Fonoa's modules cover the full indirect tax lifecycle: tax ID validation, real-time tax determination, e-invoicing, and returns. All on one shared data model and integration, with one audit trail. Each added capability makes the others stronger. Agents monitor obligations, populate returns, catch anomalies and assemble audit packs in seconds. The system does the work. Humans make the calls. That's autonomous tax.

The Role: We're looking for a Senior GTM Systems Engineer to design and scale the systems that power Fonoa's go-to-market engine. This is not a Salesforce Admin role. It's a systems engineering role focused on building scalable, AI-enabled revenue infrastructure. You'll own architecture, integrations, data design, automation, and AI deployment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.

What You'll Do:

  • GTM Systems Architecture: Design and build the revenue systems architecture that underpins our GTM organisation. Create scalable, composable systems that separate data, logic, and user workflows. Eliminate unnecessary tooling, integration debt, and manual processes. Establish standards for maintainability, observability, and reliability.
  • AI & Automation: Deploy AI-powered workflows across lead qualification, account research, forecasting, renewals, and revenue operations. Connect models to live business data and operational systems. Build event-driven automations and internal tooling that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
  • Data & Integrations: Own the data model across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and revenue events. Manage integrations between Salesforce, marketing platforms, data warehouses, enrichment providers, and AI tooling. Ensure data quality, governance, and operational visibility across the GTM stack.
  • Business Partnership: Translate GTM strategy into scalable systems and workflows. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance leaders. Influence how Fonoa's revenue technology stack evolves as we scale.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, with expertise extending beyond administration.
  • Experience designing and managing complex business system integrations.
  • Proven AI deployment experience, including automations, agents, workflows, or model-driven applications.
  • Strong data modelling and systems design skills.
  • Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Experience building with LLMs and AI APIs.
  • Experience with tools such as n8n, Clay, Make, Zapier, Workato, or similar platforms.
  • Strong opinions on data governance and system design.
  • Experience scaling systems within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

What This Role Is Not:

  • A Salesforce Administrator role with a different title.
  • A reporting and dashboard-focused operations role.
  • A project management position coordinating technical work.
  • A prompt engineering role without real implementation ownership.

Why Join Fonoa? We're building a modern, AI-enabled operating system for tax. Internally, we're applying the same principles: modularity, automation, observability, and intelligence. This is an opportunity to architect the revenue platform behind one of the most ambitious companies in tax technology and help define what world-class GTM engineering looks like at scale.
