Fonoa is hiring a Director of Sales Enablement in the United Kingdom to build the enablement function from the ground up. You will translate Fonoa’s multi-product story into clear, repeatable messaging for reps across buyers from CFOs to engineers, and work with Sales Leadership to improve discovery, qualification, and deal progression.
You will embed methodologies like MEDDPICC, evolve onboarding into repeatable ramp, and use field data to target interventions that move deals.
