These roles within our contact centre will be supporting the success of this business by being the first point of contact for our valuable customers.

Main duties:- Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, via communication channels (live chat, telephone and email).
- Will be able to work under their own initiative and alongside fellow team colleagues.
- Able to achieve realistic key performance indicators and targets.
- You will be highly motivated to provide solutions on a first-time resolution basis.
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to deal with calls, live chat and email.
- Experience of working within a customer service environment.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced industry.
