Bartender Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a bartender role within a quality-focused, high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Good knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Able to consistently follow recipes and maintain drink presentation and standards
  • Confident in managing prep for bar service, including garnishes, syrups, and stock rotation
  • Organised and capable of maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-stocked bar throughout service
  • Warm and engaging personality
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work seamlessly with the kitchen, floor, and door teams
  • Passionate about providing memorable guest experiences through product knowledge and personalised recommendations
