As a Room Attendant – Evening Turn Down Service at Crerar Hotels, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a housekeeper in a hotel, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are equally important. Reliability, excellent personal presentation, and a passion for customer service are essential. You will be responsible for turning down beds, switching on bedside lights, replenishing water and the hospitality tray and ensuring the rooms are clean and tidy prior to guests returning from dinner. In your role, you\’ll also clean corridor areas within your assigned section, follow all health and safety guidelines, and complete any other duties requested by the Head Housekeeper. A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure will help you succeed in this dynamic role.
