We’re looking for a Bookings Co-Ordinator to join us on a full-time permanent basis, on-site in Shoreditch, London. This is a predominantly administrative and customer service-focused role, suited to someone with a keen eye for detail, film equipment expertise and excellent interpersonal skills.
Start date: 26th May 2026
Daily Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to new and existing client enquiries across all channels
- Managing new customer account applications to ensure our kit is in safe hands
- Providing live equipment advice and problem-solving support to customers
- Negotiating budgets and offering suitable alternatives or upgrades where necessary
- Handling any issues that arise in a professional and efficient manner, with support from our tech team when needed
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills and customer service manner
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly under pressure
- Experience in a similar professional role preferred
- A good understanding of film equipment and production workflows
