We’re looking for a Bookings Co‑Ordinator to join us on a full‑time permanent basis, on‑site in Shoreditch, London. This is a predominantly administrative and customer service‑focused role, suited to someone with a keen eye for detail, film equipment expertise and excellent interpersonal skills.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to new and existing client enquiries across all channels
  • Managing new customer account applications to ensure our kit is in safe hands
  • Providing live equipment advice and problem‑solving support to customers
  • Negotiating budgets and offering suitable alternatives or upgrades where necessary
  • Handling any issues that arise in a professional and efficient manner, with support from our tech team when needed

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service manner
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly under pressure
  • Experience in a similar professional role preferred
  • A good understanding of film equipment and production workflows
