Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar site based role
- Experience with residential projects preferred
- Degree in Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture/Built Environment or equivalent qualification/experience in construction related discipline
- Have completed or be in the process of obtaining a relevant NVQ in a construction related discipline
- Strong understanding of construction processes and H&S regulations
- SMSTS, CSCS card (essential)
- First Aid at Work (essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Right to work in UK
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day to day site operations and logistics
- Support coordination and supervision of subcontractor activities
- Monitor quality and progress against programme milestones
- Conduct site inductions and enforce H&S compliance
- Track deliveries and manage materials onsite
- Assist with snagging, handover and closeout procedures
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
