Role Overview: Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction project from inception to completion. Leading delivery teams and liaising closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in Residential construction and experience with a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end to end delivery of Residential construction projects
  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and communication
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience managing construction projects in the Residential sector, proven experience in managing large-scale new build construction high-end projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Degree level qualification in construction, engineering, project management, or equivalent experience
  • MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential
  • Good knowledge of the Building Safety Act
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Advanced knowledge of H&S, CDM regulations, and site management (SMSTS minimum; additional CDM qualification essential)
  • Experience managing client facing project works and developing long term commercial relationships
  • High level communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
